We are a premium developer offering a combination of high quality new build pool villas as well as renovated homes with new build swimming pools. Our construction and design team have been in the construction business for over twenty years in the city of Chiang Mai!.

About our renovations


For our renovation projects we choose solid homes in great established communities as the starting point. Properties are chosen for their strategic location near to local services and international schools. All our renovations are thorough!! Homes are usually stripped back to their structure before brand new finishes, flooring, windows and sanitary ware are reinstalled. And of course we add a salt water pool to all our projects! The deep renovation also allows us to bring these dated house up to date with a fresh modern architecturally styled look! The final result is a modern home which is as good as new! (at a lower price)


About our new builds

As well as renovations we offer new build pool homes. These are either developed individually or on small projects. All construction specifications far exceed mandatory requirements with the following as standard:

Beyond ownership, I personally handle all sales and marketing endeavors. With over a decade as a Chiang Mai resident, I bring a deep understanding of the local landscape. Chiang Mai Pool Homes is more than a business; it's a family endeavor. Alongside my creative partner Max, we breathe life into our projects, whether it's restoring old homes or crafting new, stunning pool villas."
